Yeah! Baby hats! *UPDATED*

Kristen at Buck up Buttercup has had her twins! I'm so happy and excited for her :)

I finished her baby hats, but I don't have her address yet. I took a couple of pictures, but my computer is being cranky and I'm having trouble uploading them.

So.....Whose next? I promise that this time I'll be a little more punctual. Baby hats are free to all followers. I make them in newborn size, but if you are in need of a larger size I can do that.

*UPDATE*

Hubby fixed the worm that attacked my computer, so now I have pictures! That is Baby Doll X modeling the hats.

  1. I am a new follower and I have to say, this is the nicest thing I've ever seen! How nice of you to do this for people!!!!!

(I'm actually following you from my wordpress account (allthesunforyou) but it won't let me comment under that ID. Strange!)

  2. I remember you wanted one. :) Do you have a color preference? Let me know and I'll buy the yarn fairly soon so I can get working on it.

  3. I want one and I don't even have a baby!!

Fittingly I write this from the waiting room of IVF Australia clinic. We spend a lot of time in waiting rooms in infertility.

    1. Yes we do. I have spent a LOT of time knitting while waiting. But that was before I got my Kindle. Now I spend too much time playing Angry Birds.

You don't want a baby hat hanging around w/o baby to put in it. :( I am happy to make them, but I don't want them hanging around the house mocking me.

    1. C'mon! You can do it! It is so easy. It's not like I'm making sweaters or socks, not quite up to that yet. :)

    1. He he he. Sure, why not? You would have to be able to get a good measurement of your head circumference so I could figure out the amount of stitches I need.

  7. Thanks! I hope that I can keep up. Although having so many pregnant followers that I couldn't would be an awesome thing. :)

    1. When is your due date? I think I have to do Jem first, then Lulu, unless there are other April/May due dates. I'm pretty superstitious, so I won't start on a hat until after 24 weeks.
I will definitely put you on my list. :)

I'm saving a slot for you though.

  12. I keep coming across your comments on other blogs and I always seem to agree, they make me laugh or they are just on the button and to the point. So I am popping over to the source. I love your hat idea. It is really special.

  14. Haaaah! I thought that doll was a real child. I was admiring what a cute baby it was....until I got to the last line.

No wonder God hasn't given me a real one yet! :)

P.s. the hats are beautiful you talented girl!

    1. I know! It is freakishly lifelike in it's appearance. Even more so in person than in pictures.
